The Chime Team: Founder
George O’Conor is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Chime Media. His unique approach to harnessing data is groundbreaking. Chime Media was founded by O’Conor upon eight years of dedicated research and development on master data management and analytics for media and entertainment and twenty years of research on behavioral modules in chaotic data environments. His discoveries of behavioral patterns in seemingly chaotic data solve complex problems. Applications of his work are also being used in exploring barriers in rights management of natural resources including water, oil and natural gas.
O’Conor was formerly Chairman and CEO of Oco, Inc. an “on demand” supplier of data cleansing, normalization and analytics to manufacturing and retail companies including Caterpillar, Welch’s Foods, Fidelity and many other public companies. Oco had customers in 17 countries, and was estimated at 8% market share of Business Intelligence Platforms by Gartner. The business was sold in 2011 to Deloitte and is now Deloitte Managed Analytics.
O’Conor has been awarded a patent for Data Migration and Analysis. He is the former CTO and Director of Watermill Ventures a $2b Leverage Buyout (LBO) business.

William Murray is Chief Data Behaviorist at Chime Media. With two decades of experience in business analytics, he excels at interpreting data behavior and developing business intelligence software customized to client needs. His technical expertise has been honed by a wide range of IT, engineering and analytics experience.
Murray was Technical Project Manager and Designer for Deloitte Managed Analytics, known previously as Oco, Inc. before being sold in 2011. He has worked with a large list of clients, including Caterpillar, Dunkin Donuts, Fidelity, and Thermo Fisher.
The Chime Team: Production Development
Warner Jones is VP and Chief Product Officer at Chime Media. His 25-year career in product development and stewardship includes extensive experience in e-commerce, Internet operations, product management, and digital program management. He has served in both senior leadership and product owner roles for organizations spanning media & entertainment, national elections, Department of Defense, consumer electronics, healthcare, manufacturing and publishing. Among the companies he has worked for are RapidBuyr, Voter.com, WildWeb and Cahners Business Information, Inc. (now Reed Business Information).
Jones has managed large portal and enterprise development projects since the early days of the Internet with a special focus on user interface design and information architecture. With an initial focus on web development, Warner now spends most of his time managing teams of developers and designers to execute on large, mission-critical web sites and applications.

Linda Moss is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Chime Media. With over 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, she is a global leader in identifying and developing industry solutions that enable media companies to use content and information as a strategic asset; optimize their business processes to build an agile business environment; and to utilize data and analytics to become a consumer centric organization.
Before joining Chime, Moss worked at IBM with worldwide responsibility for developing, marketing and selling industry specific solutions to top media clients around the world. Prior to that she helped to create and launch many of today’s top media networks including: The Movie Channel, Showtime, Nickelodeon, MTV, VH1, Discovery Channel, Learning Channel, and Animal Planet. As VP of Discovery Enterprises Worldwide and VP of Global Content Management Group, she expanded the consumer experience by developing new businesses such as; home video, merchandise, licensing, catalog, and retail stores and managed the global exploitation of assets for all Discovery owned channels.

Fred Bonner is Senior Vice President of Technology Integration at Chime Media. His career of three decades spans technology evaluation and implementation, digital TV operations and distribution, interactive multimedia development, and management information systems. He aligns strategic technology objectives and programs to customer business objectives, recommending solutions and strategies, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of the Chime Media solution stack.
Bonner worked as a business value analyst and architect for IBM, concentrating on media integrations and workflow management. He formerly served as President and CEO of Media Inter-Technologies, Inc. / International Phone Rentals, Inc. Additionally, Bonner held several Vice President and senior management roles in emerging technology at Discovery Communications, Inc.
